By accessing or using vidno.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

vidno.ai is a software tool that records coding sessions on your local machine and uses AI to generate finished video content. The service includes a local CLI application and cloud-based AI processing for script generation and voiceover.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all videos, code, and content created using vidno.ai. We claim no rights over your output. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and platform terms where you publish it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use vidno.ai for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the service without permission
• Use the service to generate misleading, harmful, or deceptive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

Availability and changes

vidno.ai is provided as-is. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vidno.ai and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to vidno.ai at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any content you generated locally remains yours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
